Continuous shot blasting machine for steel wire, steel bar, and
steel tube descaling with specialized conveyor systems.
Capabilities and Applications
This tube and bar shot blasting unit features a purpose-built
roller conveyor system designed for scale, paint, and rust removal
on carbon steel tubes, round bars, and rebar. The machine also
effectively processes LPG cylinders, gas cylinders, and other
cylindrical components, ensuring steady movement through the
blasting chamber.
Roller Configuration: V-profile rollers for single-pass applications; grooved straight
rollers for repeated blasting cycles.
All blast wheels feature wear-resistant construction with power
outputs ranging from 7.5 kW to 45 kW for optimal blasting
performance. Processing speed is adjustable from 0.5 m/min to 6
m/min.
To meet environmental standards, the machine includes a
high-performance cartridge dust collector that limits dust output
to under 30 mg/m³.
Custom machine designs are available to meet specific surface
preparation requirements when standard configurations are
insufficient.
