The roller conveyor shot blasting machine is professionally
developed for full-scale surface pretreatment. It thoroughly
eliminates rust, oxide scale and old paint from steel beams, metal
plates and sectional profiles, and is also well-suited for cleaning
oversized complex mechanical assemblies and welded steel
frameworks.
The sophisticated blasting unit consists of three independent
functional zones: inlet pre-chamber, blasting chamber and
post-cleaning chamber. Driven by a frequency converter, the
variable-speed roller conveyor continuously transports workpieces
at adjustable speeds ranging from 0.5 m/min to 4 m/min. Roller
lengths can be customized to fit the maximum size of your
workpieces.
The layout of blast wheels and through passages is precisely
configured to match the geometry and size of processed parts. Made
of wear-resistant alloys, these blast turbines cover power outputs
between 7.5 kW and 45 kW and deliver powerful, consistent blasting
effects.
Inside the cleaning chamber, rotary brushes paired with
high-pressure air blow nozzles strip residual abrasive dust off
workpiece surfaces prior to discharge.
This roller pass-through blaster supports seamless integration into
full automatic production lines covering steel plate or beam
cutting, blasting, coating and drying workflows.
Equipped with a premium cartridge dust collector, the equipment
keeps dust discharge concentration under 30 mg/m³ to satisfy
environmental protection standards.
Should standard specifications fail to match your surface treatment
demands, we provide fully customized shot blasting machine designs
built around your unique production conditions.
